There's no other way to learn but doing and learning by doing it. Maybe you could read more books but it all boils down whether you actually practice. I'd recommend starting with rhe head and spine, adfing shoulders and hips and rotate them to the angle you are going for, then limbs, same thing, draw them in the angle you want them and so on. Don't be afraid to correct the initial position and angle if you noticed fucking up. But yeah, start from the simple large shapes and continue to finer and smaller parts
