If you're starting out, perhaps have a look at Steve Huston's book. It basically is a superset of Morpho, with less sketchy drawings, and with written explanations.
You can find both online e.g. on libgen if you want to peak through. Working from a real book is much more enjoyable than from a screen, so I'd recommend to buy the one you choose.
There are other choices, but if you're starting out, don't optimize for "the best book", it's pointless. Pick one, and study it diligently for weeks/months, that's what matters in the end.
