Pretty easy. I just draw regular eyes, only as if the person they belong to has been constipated for a week.

enlarge them, draw a bigger eris and lashes, just fuck around adding details to them as well however you want. as long as they look nice, they're good. it's a lot more fun than boring realistic ones

I'm going to look like a shmuck since this is a joke thread but hey whatever.
What I usually do is draw the eyelash first, which is usually a couple of curves, sometimes if I feel like it I'll make it extend outward or have it curve down, next I place a bottom eyelash, draw the iris and it's shadow and pupil. afterwards it's placing highlights (if you want them). Pretty simple IMHO but hard to get right. There's probably better people to teach this type of thing though but the idea is to think of the eye as a satellite dish and go from there. Pic related is something I did in a couple minutes as a demonstration but only represents one style of drawing eyes (and is done in a manga style rather than an anime style)
But you should probably focus on the other parts of the drawing like constructing the head and body first before jumping into eyes.

Drawing them is easy, but what i've always wondered, is how the hell do you RENDER them. Like I guess there's quite a bit of airbrushing involved, but my go pic related is insane.

Stacking layers, usually focusing on keeping a balance between soft and hard elements. The softer stuff inside the iris is colored light and bright towards the bottom, and the upper part darker. Pupil, highlight(flare) and eyelashes are drawn hard with little or no blur
