The only parts of this that would be helped by photobashing are the hands and face. Some 3d models could be used to get perspective right, but none of the props in this are complex enough that an artist of any decent calibur would need anything more than reference material.
The reason this can't be cheated is down to things closer to the core of what makes it good. The girl's outfit design, the composition, the focus of contrast and detail around her face, the correct use of color theory.
This image isn't even that good but if you can't see what's making it work, you won't even be able to "cheat" it even if you were exceptionally good at finding models in the correct poses and could seamlessly integrate it into your art.
