While western has some nice artists, they're typically filtered into generic pinups or furry art. You rarely see western artists that are good and go hardcore into porn.
But in Japan its relatively "normal" for good artists to do porn so you see plenty of high profile NSFW artists and artists that aren't ashamed of drawing loli tentacle rape.
