That all of them are overly obssessed by speed, they keep seeking for the fastest way to improve. Keep watching how "I improved my art like madness in 6 months" from Sinix or "how Asian genes person improved art in 1 year" without knowing those kind of people making that content already done drawing a lot before they "study for real".
They mimic those people but lack one critical point, they want to improve fast, not enjoying drawing. So they will get burned out and they will give up until years later they will pick up again and the circle continues and they don't improve at all.
You can say they may try to study, but most of them can't pay 1 minute to read the instruction or follow one thing throughly.
