Touhou characters have no official body types, since they're all drawn very simplistically, but the fandom more or less has defined which ones have big boobs and which don't. Yet you'll always see some artists going against the current and putting out their own spin on it, and it's refreshing.
In a way, it's like drawing a short-haired character with longer hair, it's clearly non-canonical, but it's not necessarily bad-looking.
(I'm not saying these coom-grinding faggots are doing it for originality, but still, change can sometimes be ok.)
