I would furthermore argue that the issue isn't with America per say, but with a part of it. A finer analysis obviously requires more effort, but saying "America is bad" is an oversimplification.
To destroy modern art, an alternative option beside waiting, is to actually work hard to develop an alternative so appealing people will easily give up on modern art. Waiting feels easier.
