I'm not the first one saying that, I've seen people giving him advice, good, bad, useful and useless. I never seen even trying to follow, always asking how to get good to the point I'm not even sure it's him or people pretending to be him. Doesn't matter anyway.
I really don't know what this guys wants, he says he wants to be a better artist but he doesn't act on it, he doesn't study nor he tries to get out of his comfort zone and improve.
