The best advice I ever got in life was to just start sketching the environment and people around me just to get better at drawing. My improvement skyrocketed. Also it's amazing for developing a visual library because there is a variety of things you can draw that no 3d model pack or reference pictures pinterest board can contain. Actually I am glad you people don't draw from life and aren't gonna make it, more recognition for me.
