but as to whether it's a meme - not really. it's a meme if you think it's a get rich quick scheme and that furries will immediately flock to you. if you are actually a furry or have any interest in the designs/art though then no it is not a meme, furries are very generous and very attached to their characters but
(1) they are very aware that people see them as cash cows (or like, cash foxes, or whatever) and don't really respond well to ppl who seem disingenuous or have no passion and
(2) if you are drawing shit you don't like all the time and aren't enjoying yourself you're probably not going to ever make it to $29k a month
