Depending on how fast you need to get an episode out and which scenes you're assigned, sometimes you can put a lot of detail into it and stay on model.
Other times it's not as easy and you need to get it out fast. It wont be perfect but it'll look passable.
There's also the angle of the shot to take into account. Style IS a factor but not by a whole lot. Yamamuro is known for how he draws like in the OP so people who pay attention to animators on DB can recognize him.
