Not that overpriced, just low quality, if is the original painting is actually kinda cheap. Art is expansive, you are basically paying for hours and hours of work plus the signature that can inflate the price by a couple thousands, plus the materials and fact there is only one piece so he can't sell several like he would with a poster so taking all that in to account this guy is underselling himself just to try to make any money from it.
