There are a ton of resources you can dig into and guides you can follow, but at the end of the day, you'll be training your perception and drawing skills no matter which resource you go for.

Also, everyone here, except for Proko premium has good advice; you can use yourself as a reference or check out some corpses so you can feel the form and the parts underneath and gain better understanding of how it all fits together.
I'd advise against digging up bodies yourself though, don't strain your fragile artist wrists; there are ways to touch corpses legally.
Anyway, there's nothing stopping you from just trying things out though, have fun OP.
