>>5967602There is no definite measure. It always depends on personal dispositions and objectives. If youre still drawing like shit after putting in effort, you put effort in the wrong thing, eg you like X in art, but you always train Y. Or you have Z difficulty, but you keep training W instead.
This happens all the time because lots of artists are retarded.
You need to know yourself really, really well to know what you want and whats holding you back. This is extremely hard, but achievable. The more you think clever, the more you work clever.
