The render looks nice for a sketch, but you really want to have experience drawing nude people before you start drawing from imagination. In this pose the foreshortening looks off, so her right hand looks comically oversized relative to the pose, the arms, especially her left one, are really pencil-y and look too thin, and the torso looks very compressed, making the character look like a midget.
First, you'd benefit from a bigger drawing canvas, because your crop is causing you to compress your subject matter to fit it in frame. Second, you'd benefit from reference - unironically get naked, put your phone on the floor or a tripod, and take this picture of yourself in the desired pose.
You're missing details everywhere because you don't have a real life example to work from and validate what you've drawn and the pose, and it'll basically always show on the final result that you're guessing - unless you've put in the legwork to do this work from real life enough that you know with 100% certainty that you're not.
Lastly,
>>5965127, a drawing's only as good as its weakest link and if the hands are getting this much emphasis in the pose, you REALLY need that hand to look good. Find other artists that have drawn this pose with hands you appreciate and do studies.
