Unironically no. They are either way too science based with no practical information for a painter or they are way too subjective and factually incorrect (the colors feel a certain way/ "they just pop").
The best you can do is color and light courses where they have demos so you can understand what they are talking about even if they don't explain it well. Schoolism, NMA, CGMA all have good color courses. You might need to do multiple to get what you want out of them as some do have gaps that are covered by the others.
I think Nathan Fowkes has a good schoolism course on color and light but some people dont like his rambling stories.
