As for begs you won't improve if you don't learn something new every week and keep applying what you learn in your future works. And make sure the results you're getting in your studies are good, what I mean is if you study something, draw it badly and call it a day and the next time you do the same thing then you won't improve, get things right first, observation drawing will help get things right and avoid mistake when learning all the other fundamentals, once you get that one thing right you can now use it for your work and other practices. Otherwise you draw sloppily, study another thing and draw it sloppily again, study another thing and so on and forth and when it's time to draw something and put everything together you'll wonder why things don't look good, that's because of all the bad habits you created. And take your time for each drawing session, I don't care if you have ADHD, saw someone draw in half an hour, don't have patience, the moment you rush is the moment you start missing important aspects of what you're studying, speed comes with a lot of practice after the practice to understand the basics. Lastly, make sure you understand what you're studying
