>>5960135i believe that you should explore everything available to you and then mix and match to see what works the best according to how you like to draw. loomis is stiff but most people go to him for his understanding of the figure, he does have a section on flow that might interest you, you don't have to go through the entire book, just that section might be beneficial to you and when you know something, it's yours forever to call upon whenever you need it or ignore it whenever you don't but at least it's available to you
