Illustrator does this things with strokes that I haven't seen in other programs. It edits the line after and makes it smooth and takes out any jagged edges or minor curves. I can't find a lot of information about it online. Are there other programs that have this same feature? Like is SAI or CSP capable of this at all?

To clarify, I'm not really talking about a stabilizer tool (I don't think.) As using stabilizer my lines can still come out kind of shaky. I'm talking about like what's shown in the webm, the fixing of the line after the stroke.
