nsfw artists only get callouts if its about interpersonal drama between their own friend groups, and even then their audience generally doesn't give a shit because they only care about their fap fodder so usually drama does nothing to damage them in terms of following. sfw is a different story because their audience and social circles will drop off and abandon them so it's far easier to successfully cancel them, and most of the time people will target them for that reason (For example, if the sfw artist has a secret nsfw side account with some problematic content, they can use that as fodder to attack and shame them and ruin their rep on the sfw side. This is not possible with nsfw artists as their audiences follow them specifically for those fetishes, so it does nothing).
Case in point, minus8 is still able to achieve 250k followers despite admitting he wants to fuck real actual children because his audience only wants to coom and doesn't care about anything else.
