Is there a game for painting? I need some dopamine rush from practicing art with quests and rewards and leveling. If these isn't one where can I start learning to code a game?

Download some .pdfs about game development, or programming / code, from the same pirate websites that you use to download how-to-draw books.

Art is never going to be as immediately rewarding as games just by virtue of being difficult. You pick up a game and you're guaranteed to feel good with no effort. You pick up a pencil and you're going to fail over and over after putting in tons of effort. You need to make a judgement call and decide which is more important to you and where you want to be in 10 years. Do you want to be a gamer or a painter? There are absolutely zero pro artists that were gaming several hours a day while learning.
