Proko is great for learning but by no means definitive! He's very good at breaking down anatomy and how muscles interact and influence each other in movement.
However, he does tend to be very heavily focused on anatomy accuracy and breakdowns, and you can end up getting lost in the weeds figuring out the musculature of everything, rather than being able to distill the shape and form of stuff so you can draw it quickly without worrying how everything works underneath.
I recommend pairing his videos with reading Anatomy For Sculptors by Uldis Zarins for strong anatomy learning. But to get into more practical drawing, you should continue your learning with someone like Vilppu
