If you are really that autistic about having a 2nd paypal account for commission, sorry, but not only DO YOU NEED a separate credit card, but the bastards force you to link a bank account or else, you dont get your money, personal experience here, they ''hold on'' your money someone gives you, and even forces that person to go trough hopes to approve the payment, and even then when you link the card, YOU CANNOT LINK THE SAME BANK ACCOUNT, so you need a 2nd fucking one!
At that point, the real solution would be, JUST FUCK PAYPAL, use Payoneer or Skrill or something else that actually allows you to be identify by a surname and doesn't display your real one!
