The lines are extremely sad-looking and make it look like a worse drawing than it actually is.
Thankfully since they're flat like that messing with them afterwards shouldn't be difficult. I know that's part of some people's workflows, specially finnicky thin anime stuff and people who aren't that used to inking traditionally.
If you just selectively thicken some bits it'll instantly improve. I'm not kidding.
I'd post the meme example that gets posted more with the capeshit guy but this one has better explanations.
