Every proportion system is " p r o b l e m a t i c " by design because it's basically 1 artists preferences being presented as something objective or aesthetic.
Really the goal should just be getting a really simple proportion system with no more than halves and thirds to think about. It's not about realism or diversity or fairness. It's a tool to help you compare your model against or invent figures from imagination.
Every artist should look at some examples of proportion systems to see how artists do them and then find photos of models they like and break them down into halves and thirds and memorize it.
If you are using someone else's proportion system you are forever a student.
