I feel I have skill and people say good things about my art but ffs I feel like a perfectionist who takes forever to get anything done. How do I get faster guys, what helped you out?

Practice drawing things in one long stroke and simplifying brush strokes. Don't fiddle with things. Get it on there and move on.
