On a single piece, maybe about 30h, it was a short comic strip with 4 panels and I decided to paint it realistically while having little idea of what to do.
If hiatuses are included, then THE SAME PIECE, it took me 2 years to finish it because the sheer lack of confidence in how to finish it made me postpone it forever. I could easily beat this by grabbing an aborted project from over a decade ago and giving it a polish.
If multiple panels are cheating, then 18 hours on a single painting, a study of a very detailed drawing at my overblending, turtle pace. I need to develop better value awareness so that I can block things early on and have blending as just a last step of the process that doesn't take 99 years to finish.
