If you’re good enough at hand drawing that you can be accused of hand drawing, might as well just trace. Particularly if what you’re doing isn’t about circlejerking about hand drawing skills.

People shouldn’t abandon hand drawing but if you aren’t familiar with the grid transfer process, graphite paper transfer process, and straight up tracing, you’re still /beg/.

Yeah I’ve written and studied a lot about that. They still also knew how to draw though. If you don’t know le fundamentals tracing only gets you so far before become a crutch.

Like there’s no wrong answers but the more stuff you have experience with every type of transfer method the better.
