How do you draw good looking clothing without straight up copying from somewhere? I hate copying from real life but i don't understand how someone can draw like this from their imagination. How do you come up with the patterns?

you just draw a lot of clothes and different outfits from reference until eventually you can come up with things yourself based off experience. works the same way as drawing just about anything else, though it can be intimidating at first especially if you're not into fashion

Have an interest in fashion concept and design, go through pinterest and whatever and draw what you see + try to create your own outfits.
