For crying out loud. If you want something like that, you're going to need a PC with a decent GPU and Blender. Or Daz3D I guess. Whatever the case, that's a job for a big boy rendering pipeline, not some crappy three buck smartphone app.
I mean, if you're running Android and really really desperate, you could MAYBE use something like AndroNix or UserLAnd to run GNU-Linux software and use Blender that way. Maybe. Performance and user experience is 99.99% guaranteed to be garbage though.
