His art is okay, traditional media is hard to judge, there are a lot more factors to count if you want to judge a piece like the materials someone has at hand or what he is trying to do.
Most of his stuff I've seen are just sketchs, if was a digital artist I would call him out for that shit but finishing a traditional piece is another whole thing.
