I dont know where these people are even getting an idea that draw a box is even a good idea to consider as an activity. It’s a horrible activity. I can’t imagine a worse activity.
Even if you didn’t draw it would be better than drawing a box because you know that you accomplished nothing since you drew nothing. DAB makes you think you are drawing and learning something when you aren’t. It’s negative work and a waste of time. It’s like eating lettuce for all your meals.
