>>5930085As what other people said. Dont binge it. Just grind it around 10-20 mins daily or do a 50% practice 50% whatever you want.
If you want to binge it, binge for a week or two, Then take a break from it and draw whatever you want/rest, and then come back to it after a month or so.
Binging 1-2 week, and then resting, alternating is a good idea too. After you come back to it you can review what you've done and assess your directions.
