after the first 2 failures I decided to draw like a child with zero construction, just slapping elements together one after the other. Started with the highest arm, then the one below it, then a bit of torso, then the hanging arms, then I think torso again, head and after that just kinda jumped around adding and polishing elements till they looked good. All done with the same brush, just scratching, erasing, scratching, erasing, till it looks good.

porn or hentai wasn't my intention in the slightest, she's just naked in the series so I drew her naked here too. I suck at drawing boobs

Nice, one technique with trad art is that you do a few warm up quick drawings before you draw the real thing, I would simplify the constructions into lines and balloon heads or other masses of interest like either the torso or hips to get more weight implication on that to hav easier time visualizing the linework that needs to be done.

Cute but the outline of the tail and arms is too messy.
I'm assuming you were going for fur with all the attempted feathering but it just looks like a mess as is. With fur you typically want to focus on having fewer chunkier blocks of fur on the outside to convey the feeling, not having it on every inch of it.
A few strands peaking out with the current inner texture would have looked much cleaner.

I kinda like messy lines (like you can see on her furless parts of the body) and I just like drawing fur like this but I see your point. Her front arm on the left, upper arm on right and end of tail especially have crappy edges.

cleaned a bit the few areas I thought were the worst. Didn't want to "fix" too much as I think it would take away too much soul if I made it too clean.

also made a gif showing all the tweaks. Main body took 98 minutes, all the shading, texture, fixes and tweaks another 100m. Fucking pareto and his 80/20

I think the result always comes better when you're enjoying the process.
Btw, the dark grey on her torso/head makes the rgb on my phone slightly flicker, maybe I can find a way to replicate that effect on different displays
