>>5932980That’s actually an interesting thing to think about. Universal themes make much more sense in how they are universal rather when compared to abstract symbols and geometries. An example I like to use is the swastika and how that general shape has popped up in cultures all around the world who would and should have had no contact with each other. I guess it’s just a swirl at the end of the day but it’s not as ubiquitous as things like polygons.
