It's quite difficult and daunting of an exercice, but after that, texture comes much more naturally.
Some athletes (runners) do practice in altitude because of the lack of oxygen and stuff. When they come down to normal conditions, things are much easier by comparison; such psychological factors being critical for professional athletes.
