OPs of threads should be giving positive and engaging (You)s to everyone that posts in their threads.

Board is so fucked because OPs are regularly the most toxic people in every thread. If you OP a thread and don’t positively reinforce positive participation as much as you notice you shouldn’t act surprised when there’s no interest in your threads.
