>>5924553>No videogamesAssuming this means just no enterainment in general rather than specifically videogames, you do need some sort of creative input so you can have creative output. (the quality if this input also matter , and I whould say it doesnt really matter what you do as long as your brain considers it intresting enought to be "drawing worthy" or atleast "a idea to use in a drawing by mixing it with others or just by itself" , hell just reading a wikipedia article on some random plant could inspire you to draw a character)
If you just draw draw draw you will eventually run out of things to draw , you will be out of ideas.
(might be an exception for learning , while you may run out of creativity, you can still learn how a deltoid works because that does not require creatvity , it just requires you to learn how a deltoid works , but this might get boring after a while and you may want to... actually draw something and put all that knowlage to good use)
How you get ideas is that you need to consume , could be a videogame , could be a movie , could be drawings , also this is a good time to unwind.
If we are talking about videogames specifially, idk , videogames can be a valid sourse of inspiration but they can also be addictive. Everything in moderation really. I would say Minecraft is a pretty good sourse of inspiration and the 1.18 generation is just *chefs kiss*.
> No sexWhat if you plan on doing NSFW , then you will get no artistic input unless you watch porn. Also if you have a girlfriend she might be a bit unhappy about this.
>8 Hours of sleepAgree , when i get less hours i cant really draw and if i do its some shitty sub-par sketch even by my shitty sub-par sketch standards.
>Draw for 5 hoursLess if you want to avoid burnout , but if you can handle it i dont see why not
>2 HOURS ONLINE AT MOST Social media can sure be addictive , seems good
>FAST FOOD ONLY ONCE A WEEKHealthy diets can also help mentally , not just physically so yes
