Will an art uni tell me to fo and kms if I will send them my application with sketches, which have solid ideas, but very weak visual delivery? Sculpture faculty is my goal.

Better question--is it worth four years of your life + a boatload of student debt to pursue art when you can't even bother completing a drawing?

If you want to be a professor and draw tenurebucks for life there are probably easier niches.

there are a few colleges/universities that expect a certain level of skill but most will just take you in.
many that ask for a portfolio will only want you to prove that you're willing to put the work in to improve, since a lot of it is solo learning. profs are mostly there to grade you and to provide critique/corrections.

The student loan system is a handout, but for the universities instead of the students
