Yours just isn't appealing enough. It's well drawn but the thumbnail isn't shiny enough to turn those 3 seconds of zoomer attention into a click, it's just your MC doing a neutral expression at a weird distance that's both too far to be a portrait and too close to see the other characters next to her.

Check how the others are doing it, it's all smiles or determined faces and you can already tell if it's a comedy, a romcom, a horror story or a battle shonen from a 64x64 thumbnail in a phone app.

It's like selling capeshit in the 50s, you were on the same rack as thirty other series and had to use the most outrageous covers to grab some kid's attention before Archie did.

Just do it then?
If you aren't familiar with common yaoi romance tropes, but don't want to have to read much to get that fujo money, you could check out the manga Zettai BL ni Naru Sekai VS Zettai BL ni Naritakunai Otoko, steal a generic plotpoint and make a comic out of it; just add some personal detail or twist to make it stand out.
And maybe don't use the super stupid tropes, unless that's what your comic is all about.

Clichés are easy to work with and can be pretty popular too; one of the most successful gay romances on webtoons doesn't even refer to characters by their actual names, picrel.
Just focus on making your characters appealing in a thumbnail for starters, good luck.
