I got tourettes, so if I ever lose focus a bit I end up humming uncontrollably, tapping my fingernails against my desk 5 times in a row, and digging my toenails into my ankles

I got tourettes too but I had learned to control my tics by the time I was 15 and I no one that knows me since has known that I have tics, except my long time ex who probably left me because of my tourettes comorbidities, ADHD and OCD lol

but you can totally control your tics if you want to, I find if I even allow one tic it becomes extremely hard to resist another and another so I just never relax ever, its been a great life, yup, i'm 29 now, please shot me

I have my hands embarrassely damaged due to constant biting on my knuckles, specially on the left hand, it seems like I tend to bite my hands on certain moments, specially while drawing.
At some point I drew something while biting a lollipop stick and I ended up crushing the whole thing. I dont know how to correct this, but at least I know it's more about me biting something rather than specifically bite my knuckles

I make sound effects for my strokes that shift in pitch, type, speed, pressure, and length of the strokes.

I tend to click my tongue and say to myself "eeeeeeeh nooo maybe I should undo that" a lot...because my eyes constantly adjust to what I'm seeing.
