There is this artist who who is well known for making an OC that is basicall a rip off of Berg Katzefrom Gatchaman Crowds (both in design and personality). It doesn't help that he is supposed to b the main character of a comic she's currently working on and she hopes that the comic is gonna become popular too.
If he was meant just for her own pesonal enjoyment, that would have been fine, but sinc wants to use him for a more professional purpose, that is kinda worrying me. She could get in legal trouble bcause of that.

Though to be fair, I'm pretty sure that Kinako (the character designer for Gatchaman Crowds) is very unlikely to find out that someone riped off the design of one of her characters because:
1) She is Japanese and she doesn't speak English, nor does she frequent an Western communitiesfor artists.
