I don't know anyone that had heart inflammation following covid, especially not people in their 20s.
Covid is not healthy by any stretch but people do not develop auto immune disorders at the same level as they do through the vaccine and, again, not in that age group.
People who have had covid also have a better immune response to further variants as they develop immunity to all parts of the virus, not just the spike protein of alpha.
There have also been studied suggesting that the spike protein inhibits repair of DNA damage events, specifically double stranded DNA breaks, the rarest but most severe cases of DNA damage, being able to cause cancer etc.
