Let's Talk About How To Study Anatomy

/ic/, honestly, how do you study human anatomy?

I've tried a few ways, read a few books, and nothing is doing it for me. I can 'copy' from a drawing in a book by 'drawing with it' on a separate page, but gestures don't really lead to anything for me.

I can't even tell you the names of bones or muscles due to ADHD.

I've resorted to tracing from photo copies of old school books to just give me some confidence and 'muscle memory'.

How do you 'ACTUALLY' study anatomy? Is it a meme?

I've been putting in time after work for 3 days in the beginning of the week (Mon to Wed) and would draw or copy from at least 3 pages from Bridgman's Constructive Anatomy, or a few random anatomy books I've had.

Can't seem to put it together /ic/ but want everyone to spill the beans.

I know I need it since I want to do fantasy art, and sci-fi art with figures and perspective, etc, so I know its important. Its just my workflow sucks since I usually just use pen and ink on paper.
