if doing nsfw, don't include anything that hints it in the description, be vague like pic rel. invoices let you attach pictures, don't attach anything (if nsfw), send them a high-res link through a specific gdrive folder or something (still trying to find an alternative to this as every platform reduces quality).
I tick tips and partial payment, and set the minimum to half. I send the invoice after they approve the sketch, then ask them to use the same link to pay the remainder (only had 1 person not pay at this point, you could show them a blurred/tiny/watermarked version first if you're worried)
i *think* clients can see my actual name and address if they go on payment details, because I'm using a personal account, and I hear a business account changes that. for the moment I'm not that bothered
you can also add a memo only you can see, and I'm not sure about VAT lol. and some people also add an extra charge to cover the paypal fee, which is ~5%
