I'm not familiar with a lot of highly re-activable gouache, so you may want to look for something that would work as such. Also, keep in mind that pigments used by gouache can be less permanent (I've got a set of Pebeo 7 tubes, primaries+white, trichromatic black & ochre; they all rewet nicely, intense colors, but pigments aren't permanent).
