people go to the job draw for 8-10 hours then go home and draw their own shit for another 4 hours
it is rare to see this in other professions.
artists also feel motivated to practice when they see other post high level of artwork on social. I see tons of pros push themselves further when they saw KJG draw or crazy painting on artstation.
this pushes the skill gap further for a beginner compared to another job. So start grinding mate
