Others can approve critiques instead of just rewording it in another reply.
Some way to limit new accounts.
Don't encourage useless crits like, "it looks good!". Minimum character lengths.
Some prompts or templates to get people to critique various things.
Template/form when posting critique to state the purpose of the piece, what they were studying, why they used certain materials. Don't let people use excused like posting random in school doodles.
