That obsession is tiresome, and in some cases concerning regarding people's mental stability. From a medical point of view that is, I don't mean to be insulting in any way.
Giving hormones to kids is troublesome. So does medicating kids for so called ADHD with ritalin & friends. Such juicy opportunities should be morally regulated.
